Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lernica AI mobile application and related pages on typecode.app offered by Sholokhov Mikhail Andreevich (Sole Trader) ("Provider", "we", "us").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Lernica AI provides AI-assisted language learning: conversational practice, lessons, progress tracking, and optional Lernica Premium features via auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract. The Service is intended for users 18+ or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, unless local law requires parental consent at a higher age.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for securing your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions

  • Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your store account settings.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account.
  • Refunds are handled according to store policies.
  • We may change prices with notice where required by the store.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law, or use the Service for unlawful content.

7. AI content

Tutor responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. They are for language practice only, not professional, medical, or legal advice.

8. Intellectual property

We own the Service, branding, and software. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a license to process it to provide the Service.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50 if you used the free tier.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or legal requirements.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
