These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of typecode.app (the "Website") operated by Sholokhov Mikhail Andreevich (Sole Trader) ("we", "us", "our").

The Website provides information about TypeCode products, team, and legal documents. It does not itself provide software downloads except via links to app stores or external services.

- Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems
- Scrape or automate access in a way that burdens our infrastructure
- Misrepresent your affiliation with TypeCode

Content on the Website (text, graphics, logos, product names) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

The Website may link to app stores, product websites, or other third parties. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Use of TypeCode mobile apps and services is governed by separate product terms and privacy policies listed on our Legal hub.

8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
