Frequently asked questions

Why does Lernica need the microphone?

The microphone is used for pronunciation practice and speech recognition. You can deny permission; text-only features may still work depending on the lesson.

How do I manage or cancel Premium?

Subscriptions are managed in Apple ID → Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play → Subscriptions (Android). Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.

How do I restore purchases?

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases (when available). Use the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email support@lernica.app from the address linked to your account. We will delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention requirements.

Daily reminders do not fire

Ensure notifications are enabled for Lernica in system settings. Local reminders may not work on simulators; use a physical device.
