Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MoneyLand mobile application and related services operated by Sholokhov Mikhail Andreevich (Sole Trader) ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using MoneyLand, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
MoneyLand allows parents to create child profiles, assign tasks, review completed chores, award virtual coins, and access educational content about money. Virtual coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency through the Service.
2. Eligibility
Parents must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). Parents are responsible for creating and supervising child profiles and for obtaining any required parental consent.
3. Accounts
- Parents authenticate via Apple, Google, or other supported methods.
- Children join via invite codes issued by their parent.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- You may delete a child profile or your entire account from Settings in the parent app.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Upload inappropriate, harmful, or non-consensual images
- Attempt to access other families' data
- Reverse engineer or abuse the Service
5. MoneyLand Pro subscription
MoneyLand Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks features such as custom tasks, multiple children, and wish list sharing.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in Settings → Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play → Subscriptions (Android).
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including content, design, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial family use.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". Educational content is for general information only and does not constitute financial advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
